术中超声以其无创、方便、高敏感性及特异性，已成为肝胆外科医师手术中非常重要的辅助检查工具。然而我国肝胆外科医师缺乏应有的术中超声扫描训练，往往依赖于超声科医师，以至于此项技术在术中的作用被弱化。文章通过介绍术中超声在肝胆外科的应用价值，强调培养和提高肝胆外科研究生运用术中超声能力的重要性。

With non-invasiveness ,convenience ,excellent sensitivity and specificity ,intraoperative ul-trasonography has been a very important guide for hepatobiliary surgeons .Due to lack of training of intraoperative ultrasound ,many Chinese hepatobiliary surgeons have to rely on radiologist w hen intr-aoperative ultrasound scan is needed ,w hich leads to the limited use of this useful examination for in-trahepatic lesions .The article introduces application of intraoperative ultrasonography in hepatobiliary surgery ,emphasizes the importance of training of this technique for hepatobbiliary postgraduate trai-nees .
