教学质量是高校赖以生存的第一生命线，教学评价体系的构建具有十分重要的现实意义，当前教学评价体系存在诸如：评价概念混淆、评价主体单一、评价方法单一等问题，本文尝试从“以人为本”的理念出发探讨高等中医药院校教学评价体系改革的问题。

Teaching quality is the first lifeline to colleges and universities .Construct teaching evalua-tion system is of great practical significance .But current teaching evaluation system existing several problems ,such as :evaluation of conceptual confusion、a single evaluation method etc .this paper at-tempts to explore the teaching reform of higher institutions of Chinese medicine evaluation system from the people-oriented concept .
