Naphthalene-based pitch%mesophase pitch%thermal conversion behavior
以萘为原料,采用AlCl3催化合成和热转化处理二步法制备了高软化点、低QI含量的优质萘系中间相沥青。通过分析表征不同条件下合成的萘沥青经热转化后所得中间相沥青的性质和中间相织构形态,重点研究了萘沥青的合成条件与其中间相热转化行为间的内在关系,以确定合成萘沥青的最佳工艺参数。结果表明,在合成温度240℃、合成时间6 h、催化剂用量10%的条件下合成的萘沥青在390℃恒温8 h后能得到100%的广域流线型的体中间相沥青,其软化点为244.6℃,QI含量仅为10.32%。
以萘為原料,採用AlCl3催化閤成和熱轉化處理二步法製備瞭高軟化點、低QI含量的優質萘繫中間相瀝青。通過分析錶徵不同條件下閤成的萘瀝青經熱轉化後所得中間相瀝青的性質和中間相織構形態,重點研究瞭萘瀝青的閤成條件與其中間相熱轉化行為間的內在關繫,以確定閤成萘瀝青的最佳工藝參數。結果錶明,在閤成溫度240℃、閤成時間6 h、催化劑用量10%的條件下閤成的萘瀝青在390℃恆溫8 h後能得到100%的廣域流線型的體中間相瀝青,其軟化點為244.6℃,QI含量僅為10.32%。

A high quality naphthalene-based mesophase pitch with high softening point and low QI content was prepared by a two-step method of AlCl3 catalytic synthesis and thermal conversion treatment using naphthalene as the raw material. The properties and mesophase textures of the mesophase pitches obtained by the thermal conversion of naphthalene-based pitch synthesized at different synthesis conditions were characterized in order to investigate the effects of synthesis conditions on its mesophase thermal conversion behavior and further determine the optimal synthesis parameters of naphthalene-based pitch. The experimental results showed that a bulk mesophase pitch with 100%anisotropic content and long flow texture was obtained by thermal conversion of naphthalene-based pitch at 390℃for 8 h, which was synthesized under the conditions of synthesis temperature of 240℃, reaction time of 6 h and cat-alyst amount of 10%. The softening point was 244.6℃but the QI content was only 10.32%.
