以铜为活性组分,以硅藻土、活性氧化铝、活性炭和13X 分子筛为载体,采用等体积浸渍法制备了一系列脱氯吸附剂,用于液化石油气中2-氯丁烷的脱除。在固定床反应器上研究了空速和吸附温度对吸附过程的影响,并考察了吸附剂的再生效果。实验结果表明:负载铜的13X 分子筛具有最好的吸附效果,其吸附容量可达5.0%,降低液化石油气空速有利于提高吸附容量,升高吸附温度对吸附脱氯不利,且会降低吸附剂吸附容量。采用空气高温加热法对制备的吸附剂进行再生,多次反应再生循环实验结果证明吸附剂再生效果良好。

A series of dechlorination adsorbents for removing 2-chlorobutane from liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) were prepared via incipient impregnation method with diatomite, activated alumina, activated carbon and 13X zeolite as supports. The effects of space velocity and temperature on the adsorption process and the regenerability of the adsorbents were studied in the fixed-bed reactor. Results showed that 13X zeolite supported copper had the best adsorption capacity, which was up to 5.0%, meanwhile, reducing space velocity was conductive to improving adsorption capacity, and elevated adsorption temperature was unfavorable for increasing adsorption capacity. The adsorbent could be regenerated by heating at high temperature, and multiple reaction regeneration cycles experimental results showed that the effects of adsorbent regeneration were good.
