以电能表结构和电能计量芯片ADE7755为基础，结合电能表现场校验原理和反窃电经验，分析了基于ADE7755的电子式电能表通过改变计度器驱动脉冲实现窃电的方式，指出此类窃电方式具备的防检测的技术特点，并提出一些反窃电的技术建议。

According to the power supply enterprise found that smart watt-hour meter electricity stealing case, based on the electrotechnics and electronic watt-hour meter structure principle,combining with the actual measuring work of smart watt-hour meter, through the analysis of electricity stealing method and principle of electric energy meter,pointed out that the working methods and technological characteristics of a new way of stealing,and puts forward the technical measures to prevent,to provide technical reference of anti-electricity stealing for the power supply enterprise.
