以苯酚为液化试剂,对高沸醇木质素分别在加热和热酸催化条件下进行酚化,制备得到100%液化效率和很好流动性的高沸醇木质素液化产物。采用红外光谱、核磁共振和热重分析方法对液化前后木质素进行了分析测试,结果表明液化后的高沸醇木质素羟值和反应活性显著提高;木质素分子在酚化条件下发生降解并通过酚化产生了新的具有不同取代基的苯环结构。

The thermochemistry liquefaction of HBS (High Boiling Solvent) lignin with phenol is car-ried out under non-acid and acid conditions. The liquefied product with 100% liquefaction ratios and good fluidity is prepared. The identification of HBS lignin before and after the liquefaction in phenol is investi-gated with FTIR, 1H-NMR, TG and DTG respectively. The results show that the hydroxyl value of HBS lignin and its reactivity are significantly increased after the liquefaction especially under acid conditions. This reveals that HBS lignin is degraded and a benzene ring structure with different substituent groups is produced because of the phenolic reaction.
