提出空气超声波检漏仪的检测方法,采用替代法,通过对频率响应、最小检出能力和测量范围三个参数的检测,实现了对空气超声波检测仪性能的评判。实验结果表明,对于市场上常见的空气超声波检测仪,该检测方法可以有效地评判其性能。

The test regulation of air ultrasonic detector is discussed in this thesis. By using the substitution method, the frequency response, minimum detection capability and linear measurement range are tested. The performance of the air ultrasonic detector is judged with this method. Based on the test results, the conclusion that this method is effective can be drew.
