通过TGA方法研究胜利褐煤在1,000,℃以内的热解特性,在管式炉上对胜利褐煤进行等温和非等温热解提质,评价热解提质过程效率,分析提质褐煤的物化结构特性,通过 TGA 实验研究提质褐煤的气化反应性。结果表明,温度是褐煤提质的主要影响因素;350,℃提质可获得较高的提质效率和较好的提质煤;在450~550,℃之间对胜利褐煤热解提质,提质煤气化反应性明显降低;提质煤气化反应性的变化与褐煤孔隙结构以及其化学结构参数密切相关。

통과TGA방법연구성리갈매재1,000,℃이내적열해특성,재관식로상대성리갈매진행등온화비등온열해제질,평개열해제질과정효솔,분석제질갈매적물화결구특성,통과 TGA 실험연구제질갈매적기화반응성。결과표명,온도시갈매제질적주요영향인소;350,℃제질가획득교고적제질효솔화교호적제질매;재450~550,℃지간대성리갈매열해제질,제질매기화반응성명현강저;제질매기화반응성적변화여갈매공극결구이급기화학결구삼수밀절상관。
In this study,the pyrolysis characteristics of Shengli(SL)lignite were investigated by Thermogravimetric Analysis(TGA),and the upgraded lignite obtained by isothermal(250-750,℃)and non-isothermal(5,℃/min,12,℃/min,20,℃/min)thermal upgrading from tube furnace was used to characterize the gasification properties. The structural information of upgraded lignite was identified by nitrogen adsorption isotherm,and the gasification reactiv-ity of the upgraded lignite was determined by TGA. The results indicated that temperature was the primary factor af-fecting the property of upgraded lignite. Isothermal thermal treatment at 350,℃could be an optimal condition for SL lignite considering product quality and economic issues.The gasification reactivity of SL lignite reduced sharplywhen it was upgraded within 450-550,℃ due to the structural characteristics change.
