按照一维设计加三维优化的设计思路,对某型燃气轮机燃烧室进行设计优化。首先通过化学反应器网络法对燃烧流场进行一维分区,确定能最大化降低 NOx排放的最佳配气规律,进而使用微元法求得火焰筒各燃烧段特征长度。之后通过三维全尺寸进行校核,确定主燃孔、掺混孔和旋流器等部件的详细尺寸,确保得到最优化燃烧流场。最后根据三维流场重新细化网络图分区,使之与真实流场相一致,从而得到准确的燃烧室出口 NOx、CO 等污染物的排放量。

This article optimizes a gas turbine combustor using the method of one-dimensional design and three-dimensional optimization. Firstly,the combustion flow field was divided into several zones based on chemical reactor network method. Secondly,the optimal air distribution scheme of the lowest NOx emission was found. Thirdly,the characteristic length of each part of the flame tube was calculated using infinitesimal dividing method. Fourthly,the three-dimensional combustor was simulated with numerical method to definethe detailed dimension of each intake part and to make sure the combustion flow field has been organized well. Finally,the network of combustion flow field was recalculated to get the final NOx and CO emissions.
