构建了描述声场部分预混火焰耦合的脉动燃烧模型,模拟了脉动声场作用下当量比φ对NOx生成特性的影响,模拟结果与实验结果吻合.通过对火焰区域温度、停留时间、CH和OH质量分数的分析发现,φ≤2.5时,以热力型 NOx为主,φ=2.5时达到极大值.2.5≤φ≤4时,热力型 NOx逐渐减小,在φ=4附近出现了 NOx生成的极小值点,其原因在于火焰高温区域和停留时间减小,与火焰结构变化有关.φ>4时,以瞬态型 NOx为主,随当量比增大瞬态型NOx增加,其原因与碳烟辐射的增加有关.

The model of pulse combustion which describes acoustic effects on partially premixed flame was con-structed. The NOx formation of pulse combustion under different equivalence ratios(φ) was simulated and the results were in good agreement with the experimental results. Based on the results of flame temperature,residence time, mass fraction of CH and OH,whenφ≤2.5,thermal NOx dominates NOx formation,and?(NOx) reaches its maxi-mum value whenφ=2.5;then NOx began to decrease and reached its minimum value whenφ=4 thanks to the de-crease of high temperature region and residual time;whenφ>4,transient NOx dominates NOx formation,and with the equivalence ratio increasing,the transient NOx increases thanks to the increase of flame radiation.
