对美国3M公司的锶特效固相萃取片(EmporeTM Strontium Rad Disk)分离水溶液中锶离子的性能进行了系统研究,包括酸度、流速、样品体积对吸附百分比的影响,吸附容量的测定,137 Cs 和99 Tc 在萃取片上的吸附情况等,并对萃取片上90 Sr的解吸及片上90 Sr的放射性测量进行了研究。在此基础上,给出了萃取片法分析环境水中90 Sr的推荐程序。样品体积为1 L,液闪测量时间为1 h 时,分析程序的最小可探测活度浓度为0.033 Bq/L。最后应用一些实际环境水样对该程序进行了检验。

The performance of EmporeTM Strontium Rad Disk produced by 3M Corporation for the separation of strontium in aqueous solution was studied elaborately.The influences of sample acidity,volume and flow rate on strontium uptake efficiency were studied and maxi-mum strontium capacity was determined.The adsorption behavior of 137 Cs and 99 Tc on the disk was investigated as well as the elution method of strontium and counting method of 90 Sr on the disk.Based on the results,an analysis procedure of 90 Sr in environmental water sam-ple using SPE disks was presented.The minimum detectable activity is 0.033 Bq/L with a sample volume of 1 L and a detection time of 1 h.Finally,some 90 Sr spiked environmental water samples were determined to testify the procedure.
