目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子( Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor,VEGF)在胶质瘤发病中的表达及作用。方法:用免疫组织化学染色的方法检测VEGF表达蛋白在85例不同病理分级( I级、II级、III级和IV级)的胶质瘤及8例正常脑组织中的表达情况。并结合细胞学观察进行胶质瘤相关性的分析研究。结果:VEGF在正常脑组织中均呈现弱阳性;在85例胶质瘤中,VEGF阳性表达率为91.17%,不同病理级别( I级、II级、III级和IV级)胶质瘤中VEGF的表达不同,并随肿瘤级别的升高,其表达也明显升高,且各组间差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论:VEGF的表达强度随胶质瘤恶性程度的增加而增加,在不同级别脑胶质瘤的阳性表达之间有一定的相关性,可以为临床预后评价及靶向治疗提供依据。
目的:探討血管內皮生長因子( Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor,VEGF)在膠質瘤髮病中的錶達及作用。方法:用免疫組織化學染色的方法檢測VEGF錶達蛋白在85例不同病理分級( I級、II級、III級和IV級)的膠質瘤及8例正常腦組織中的錶達情況。併結閤細胞學觀察進行膠質瘤相關性的分析研究。結果:VEGF在正常腦組織中均呈現弱暘性;在85例膠質瘤中,VEGF暘性錶達率為91.17%,不同病理級彆( I級、II級、III級和IV級)膠質瘤中VEGF的錶達不同,併隨腫瘤級彆的升高,其錶達也明顯升高,且各組間差異有統計學意義( P<0.05)。結論:VEGF的錶達彊度隨膠質瘤噁性程度的增加而增加,在不同級彆腦膠質瘤的暘性錶達之間有一定的相關性,可以為臨床預後評價及靶嚮治療提供依據。
목적:탐토혈관내피생장인자( Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor,VEGF)재효질류발병중적표체급작용。방법:용면역조직화학염색적방법검측VEGF표체단백재85례불동병리분급( I급、II급、III급화IV급)적효질류급8례정상뇌조직중적표체정황。병결합세포학관찰진행효질류상관성적분석연구。결과:VEGF재정상뇌조직중균정현약양성;재85례효질류중,VEGF양성표체솔위91.17%,불동병리급별( I급、II급、III급화IV급)효질류중VEGF적표체불동,병수종류급별적승고,기표체야명현승고,차각조간차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。결론:VEGF적표체강도수효질류악성정도적증가이증가,재불동급별뇌효질류적양성표체지간유일정적상관성,가이위림상예후평개급파향치료제공의거。
Objective:To investigate the expression and role of VEGF in the etiology of gliomas. Methods:85 cases with glioma of different Pathological grades ( GradeⅠ, Grade II, Grade Ⅲ and Grade Ⅳ) were took as the experimental group,8 cases of normal brain tissue were took as the normal. Protein expression of VEGF in all cases were detected with the method of immunohistochemical staining. Cytological observation were used to analyze the correlation between VEGF and Glioma. Result:VEGF in normal brain tissues turn out to be weakly positive,and the positive expression rate of VEGF in Glioma was 91. 17%. The rate differs with the different pathological grades( GradeⅠ,GradeII,Grade Ⅲ and Grade Ⅳ) and it’s expressions increases as the grade gets up;and the difference between different groups has the statistics significance(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The expression of VEGF increased with the increase of glioma malignant degree of intensity,at different levels of brain glioma has certain correlation between positive expression, can provide the basis for clinical prognosis evaluation and targeted therapy.
