为解决连采充填工作面充填与采煤接续较快,充填采场巷道端头密闭挡墙的快速修建等问题,提升连采工作面产能,提出了模袋式快速成型密闭挡墙的设计理念,进行了模袋式快速成型密闭挡墙结构的分析、研究与设计。现场试验表明,模袋式密闭挡墙提高了施工效率,降低了生产成本。
為解決連採充填工作麵充填與採煤接續較快,充填採場巷道耑頭密閉擋牆的快速脩建等問題,提升連採工作麵產能,提齣瞭模袋式快速成型密閉擋牆的設計理唸,進行瞭模袋式快速成型密閉擋牆結構的分析、研究與設計。現場試驗錶明,模袋式密閉擋牆提高瞭施工效率,降低瞭生產成本。

In order to solve the difficult problem of short stowing and mining following time and fast constructing inclosed retaining-wall in stowing mining face with continuous miner and improve continuous mining capacity, a design idea of mold-bag rapid-molding in-closed retaining-wall was put forward and its analysis, research and design was made. Actual test showed that it improved construction efficiency and reduced mining cost.
