综采放顶煤开采以来,虽然应用四柱放顶煤液压支架比较普遍,但是该架型前、后柱受力不均,有效支护效率低是造成工作面顶煤及顶板出现片帮冒顶的主要原因。近十年的发展和应用研究表明,两柱放顶煤液压支架不仅技术成熟且优越性突出,已经被大量推广应用。要针对煤层开采条件和配套设备特点进行个性化配套选型和液压支架设计,防止重大技术问题和事故的发生。

It is typical that applying 4-prop top-coal caving powered support since full-mechanized caving mining came into use. But for this type of support, front and rear prop stress was unbalance which results in low supporting efficiency, this is main cause of roof fall-ing and coal-wall slide in mining face. Ten years of development and application showed that 2-prop caving support was technically im-mature and had prominent superiority and had been largely spread into use. It is very important to make lectotype and design powered support according to coalseam mining condition and equipment character, and prevent great technical problem and accident.
