子宫是控制和调节女性生理功能的重要器官，切除子宫会给女性带来生理机能、心理机能和社会功能上的一系列影响。目前治疗子宫肌瘤的微创技术越来越多，但在此背景下，我国每年仍有200余万女性因为子宫肌瘤被切除子宫。为提高女性生活质量，应在尊重器官完整性的基础上，强化患者对无创治疗方式的自主选择，加强医生对微创技术的正确导向，不断推广微创技术。

The uterus is an important physiological function controller and regulator for a woman ,and hysterecto‐my would bring a series of problems of physiological function ,mental function and social function .There are more and more minimally invasive technology for the treatment of uterine fibroids ,but there are still more than 2000 thousand people were hysterectomized for uterine fibroids every year in our country .In order to improve the living quality ,we should respect for the integrity of the organs ,strengthen patients'independent choice of noninvasive treatment ,strengthen doctors'correct guidance of minimally invasive technology ,and promote minimally invasive techniques constantly .
