家庭医生式服务是北京市落实医改的重要措施之一，是深化社区卫生服务、加强基层医疗卫生服务建设的重要方式。作为新生事物，家庭医生式服务在推行中如何适应我国国情、更好满足百姓需求，仍在探索和实践之中。对北京市西城区社区家庭医生式服务工作的主要经验、面临的主要问题进行分析，并提出了改进措施和建议。

The family doctor service is one of the important measures in new health care reform in Beijing .It is an important way to deepen community health services and strengthen the primary health services .As a new thing , how to adapt to China's national conditions and meet the needs of the people is still in exploration and practice . Through analyzing the practice of Xicheng District ,some experience ,problems and suggestions were put forward .
