    通过对17家国企进行深入调研，运用多元回归分析方法构建培训效果评估模型，基于该模型对某P国企的员工培训进行测量，并提出对策。

    This paper constructs a multiple regression analysis model to assess the effectiveness of staff train-ing in a P state-owned enterprise (SOE)based on a general survey of 17 SOEs.After that,it put forward cer-tain countermeasures to the problem.
