Based on the theories about Experience Tourism and Customer Value,the only way to improve its market competitive-ness is to create high tourist value for the red tourist district of Ruijin. After analyzing the perception factors of tourist perceived value, it proposes a route that can transform the potential tourist value into the real value by constructing an integrated value-transformation-chain in the red tourist district of Ruijin.
