通过以能力培养为目标的校企合作CDIO远程网络化虚拟仪器柔性实验共享平台的共建,形成了双方互惠互利、共赢发展的校企合作CDIO实践教学创新育人机制。改变了现行实践教学方式在育人机制上存在的不足;提升了学生工程实践环境;实现了企业深度参与下“卓越工程师教育培养计划”一体化模块式实验教学内容的优化;改革了实验教学方法和考核方法;实现了教学资源的共享,为学生提供了综合学习经验;强化了实验教学团队的整体系统工程能力;为进一步开展校外实习实训基地建设,校企合作建立一条龙育人机制奠定基础。

Through school-enterprise co-construction of CDIO remote network virtual instrument flexible experimental sharing platform with capacity training as the goal, a CDIO practice teaching innovation edu-cation mechanism for the mutual benefit and win-win development of schools and enterprises is formed. The problem in the education mechanism of the current practice teaching is solved; the students' engineer-ing practice environment is improved; the integrated modular teaching contents of experiments for "excellent engineers training plan" with full participation of the enterprise are optimized; the experiment teaching methods and evaluation methods are reformed; the sharing of teaching resources is realized to provide for students a comprehensive learning experience; the overall system engineering ability of the experiment teaching team is strengthened. The paper lays a solid foundation for establishing a one-stop education mechanism to further carry out practice training base construction and school-enterprise cooperation.
