以1/2小西茂毅营养液为基本配方,调整其中的硝态氮和铵态氮含量,使其比例为0:40、35:5、30:10、25:15和20:20,培养茶树幼苗。至茶苗3月龄时候,连续2周内隔天测定营养液的电导率EC值和酸碱度pH值。分析EC值与时间、pH值与时间、EC值与硝铵比、pH值与硝铵比以及EC值与pH值之间的相关性。结果表明水培条件下茶苗营养液酸化速率很快,2周内pH下降1.46-2.07单位;铵态氮促进根系吸收导致营养液酸化,硝态氮则促进茶苗根系分泌作用,也引起营养液酸化。

With nitric and ammonium nitrogen adjusted to 0:40, 35:5, 30:10, 25:15 and 20:20 based on 1/2 media formula of Xiaoximaoyi, tea seedlings are cultivated. When the seedlings are 3 months old, electrical conductivity (EC) values and pH values in the media are measured every other day for 2 weeks. The correlation between EC and time, pH and time, EC and ration of nitric and ammonia, pH and ration of nitre and ammonia, EC and pH are analyzed. The results show that the medium becomes acid rapidly under solution culture of the tea seedlings with pH dropping 1.46-2.07 units in 2 weeks. Nitric nitrogen accelerates the secretion of the tea roots, which results in acidic solution while ammonium nitrogen causes the acidification of nutrient solution by accelerating the absorption of roots.
