大量的废弃轮胎不但污染环境而且占用土地,将废旧轮胎加工制成橡胶粉应用于改性沥青是实现废旧轮胎资源化和无害化利用的有效途径。本文结合废橡胶粉与SBS复合改性沥青混合料在吉林省伊通至开源高速公路连昌至乌龙岭段新建路面工程的应用,重点从配合比设计、施工工艺、性能检测几方面总结废橡胶粉与SBS复合改性沥青混合料路面的应用技术,以实现公路建设资源循环利用、绿色低碳发展,同时也为废橡胶粉与SBS复合改性沥青混合料的大规模推广应用提供技术支撑。

A large number of discarded tires not only pollute the environment but also occupy the land. It is an effective way to realize the recycling and harmlessness utilization for the waste tires to using the rubber powder in modified asphalt. Based on the application of waste rubber powder and SBS composite modified asphalt mixture in LianChang to Wu Longling section of YiTong to KaiYuan expressway new construction project in Jilin province, the paper focuses on the technology summarization of the waste rubber powder and SBS composite modified asphalt mixture pavement application technology from the aspects of the mix-ture ratio design, construction technology and performance test, in order to realize the construction of re-source cyclic utilization and green, low carbon development as well as provide technical support for the large-scale popularization and application of modified asphalt mixture.
