针对由特厚高强度钢板组焊而成的托管架连接点结构在实际工程中的损伤情况,文中通过对典型工况下铺管船托管架、铺设管线和船体的整体有限元分析及损伤区域局部有限元分析,利用ABAQUS/Explicit显式分析方法,对最大环境载荷及操作载荷下的构件进行应力分析和低频冲击载荷分析,探讨了结构变形和损伤产生的原因和设计的优化方向。
針對由特厚高彊度鋼闆組銲而成的託管架連接點結構在實際工程中的損傷情況,文中通過對典型工況下鋪管船託管架、鋪設管線和船體的整體有限元分析及損傷區域跼部有限元分析,利用ABAQUS/Explicit顯式分析方法,對最大環境載荷及操作載荷下的構件進行應力分析和低頻遲擊載荷分析,探討瞭結構變形和損傷產生的原因和設計的優化方嚮。

According to the damage situation of the stinger Hitch Point structure which is welded by the thick high-strength steel plates during the practical projects, this paper carries out the overall ifnite element analysis of the stinger of pipelaying barge, laid pipelines and hull under typical operation condition, and local ifnite element of the damaged area. It performs the stress analysis of the components under maximum environmental load and operating load and low-frequency impact load analysis by using explicit analysis method ABAQUS/Explicit. It also discusses the reasons causing structure deformation and damage, and design optimization direction.
