在大学英语教学的过程中师者应该以什么样的身份定位，发挥怎样的作用，对于师生之间关系的确立以及教学效果的发挥会产生非常重要的影响。现代教学过程强调以人为本，既要确保教师对于课堂的驾驭能力，又要保证教师与学生之间形成良好的互动，鼓励学生参与到教育教学过程中来，并突出学生的主体作用，因此对于教学过程中的师者定位问题进行深入探讨十分必要。从剖析师者定位的意义入手，并找出师者定位的瓶颈，从而对师者定位提出有效的对策建议，以此推动大学英语教学。

In the process of college English teaching,how the teacher orientate themselves and what role they can play will have a very important impact on the teaching effect and the establishment of the relation-ship between teachers and students.The present teaching process emphasizes on the people-oriented, which not ensures that the teachers control the classroom,but guarantees the effective interaction between teachers and students.It also encourages students to participate in the teaching activities and highlights students’main body role.Thus,it is necessary to probe into the problems of the teachers’orientation in the teaching process.This paper analyses the meaning of teachers’orientation,and finds out the bottle-neck problems of it.To promote college English teaching,it also puts forward the effective countermeas-ures and suggestions for teachers’position.
