In order to further enhance the overall level of the disciplines,the school-running levels and the scientific research in the university,the construction of doctoral training model is becoming an important part of the constructions in the various universities.In this paper,the doctoral training mode of the mentor team system in local university was discussed,in order to provide a useful reference for doctoral training model in the local university.
