随着中国城镇化建设进程的不断加快，新生代农民工就业问题愈发严峻，企业和新生代农民工务工群体的矛盾成为问题关键。主要研究目前持续紧张的劳务关系现状，分析主要原因以及提出解决办法，指出企业在就业问题中必须率先对新生代农民工业群体给予归属感，并通过企业的改良措施缓解目前恶劣的劳务关系，取得共赢的大好局面，为城镇化的相关问题的解决带来有效的连锁反应。

With China's urbanization construction process speeding up unceasingly,the employment problem of migrant workers is becoming seriously,the contradiction between enterprises and the new generation of migrant workers has become the key problem.Paper mainly studies the present situation tensed of the la-bor relations,analyzes the main reasons,puts forward the solutions,points out that the enterprise must give the sense of belonging firstly to the new generation of peasant and industry groups in the employment problem,through the improvement of enterprises to ease the current harsh labor relations,achieving the win-win situation,and the chain reaction of related problems.
