家园沟通是幼儿园教师工作中的一个重要内容,同时也是帮助幼儿获得更全面发展的重要程序。陈鹤琴认为:“幼稚教育是一件很复杂的事情,不是家庭一方面可以单独胜任的,也不是幼稚园一方面能单独胜任的,必定要两方面共同合作方能得到充分的功效。”只有教师与家长双方的协调、合作、信任才能保证家园共育的健康发展。目前很多幼儿园中,“90后”新教师在与家长沟通中往往出现因为经验不足而不能获得家长信任的现象。“90后”教师应当把握自己活泼的优势、改善经验不足的劣势,为家园共育带来更融洽的合作,为幼儿的全面发展作出保障。

The interaction between kindergartens and parents is an important part in kindergarten teachers’work,meanwhile is also an important process to help children to have an all-round development. Chen Heqin believes that preschool education is complicated;it can not fulfilled only by preschools or only by families,it can only be accomplished via cooperation between both sides. Coordination and cooperation between two sides and trust from two sides ensure the healthy development of family-and-kindergarten co-education.At present,many kindergarten teachers who are born in 1990s,due to their lack of experience,are unable to get trust from children parents. These teachers should make full use of their extrovert characters to make up their lack of experience in order to facilitate family-and-kindergarten co-education and to ensure the all-round development of children.
