目的：医院急诊科在遇到地震灾害救援时，面对大批量伤员如何做到有序、及时、准确的分诊、急救、转送。方法将云南昭通8.03鲁甸地震从2014年8月3日~8月15日到昭通市第一人民医院急诊科急诊的467位伤员，根据来院方式，病情分级及分区，受伤部位等进行统计和分析。结果高峰时段加强护理人力资源管理，并进行分组分诊、抢救、转送、分流伤员，能使急诊检诊分诊做到准确、及时、安全有效，并做到抢救有序，病人安全转送。结论在面对大规模抢救地震灾害伤员时，急诊急救工作进行分组分诊、分组抢救病人能使抢救工作有序开展，以达到不延误伤员病情，使伤员得到及时有效的抢救。
목적：의원급진과재우도지진재해구원시，면대대비량상원여하주도유서、급시、준학적분진、급구、전송。방법장운남소통8.03로전지진종2014년8월3일~8월15일도소통시제일인민의원급진과급진적467위상원，근거래원방식，병정분급급분구，수상부위등진행통계화분석。결과고봉시단가강호리인력자원관리，병진행분조분진、창구、전송、분류상원，능사급진검진분진주도준학、급시、안전유효，병주도창구유서，병인안전전송。결론재면대대규모창구지진재해상원시，급진급구공작진행분조분진、분조창구병인능사창구공작유서개전，이체도불연오상원병정，사상원득도급시유효적창구。
Objective To summerize the experience in rescue and nursing of ther earthquake victims in the Ludiasn Earthquake, Zhaotong, Yunnan Province. Methods The practice of reception, triage, first-aid, treatment, tranfer, and nursing care of 467 victims injured during the magnitude 6.5 esarthquake in Ludian, Yunnan Province on 3 August 2014, was analyzed. Results The 467 victims admitted to the Zhaotong First People's Hospital, the only third-level hospital in this area, who suffered from injuries of head, spine, chest, abdomen, limbs, and soft tissues, and/or lung infection, common cold, gastroenteritis, dermatitis, etc.. underwent triage and immediately first-aid. Then they were sent to different zones according to the severity of injury to undergo corresponding treatment. Emergency nurses were urgently summoned and transferred to strengthen different nursing groups. Results The treatment work was conducted in an orderly manner with better effects. Conclusion Grouping of professionals helps improve the orderly medical rescue in severe disaster and improve the curative effects.
