Resveratrol is a kind of active substancewith special health care and medical function. This paper describes the method for extracting resveratrol,including organic solvent extraction,water extraction,ultrasonic extraction, microwave extraction,enzymatic hydrolysis,supercritical CO2 extraction,alkali extraction and acid precipitation, membrane separation,and aqueous two-phase extraction method,and summarizes the detection method of resveratrol in recent years.
