目的:分析心脏超声常用切面中心肌带结构的分布状况。方法选取15个成年猪心,10个牛心,10个羊心,20只雌雄不限制的新西兰兔,10只雌雄不限的健康Wistar大鼠。根据动物种属不同,将不同种类的实验动物分为一组。解剖动物后选择完整无破口的新鲜心脏作为研究对象,之后观察种属心肌带不同段长度和心肌带结构分布。结果各组间心肌带各个段占总体长度对比,心肌带长度RSL%和LSL%对比差异无明显统计学意义( P均>0.05),其余各段长度百分比对比差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。心肌带的开端和结尾主要由主动脉和肺动脉连接,心尖环和基底环也因此而成形。左心室的横向外壁和右心室被基底环紧密包绕着,分别从基底环的路径沿着下方绕到心尖后部又经反方向绕至上方,两者方向的缠绕形成了升段和降段,从而心肌带成为“8字形双螺旋结构”。结论心肌带基本结构在不同心脏超声切面中,其心肌纤维空间分布是改变慢性充血性心力衰竭时心脏功能发生变化的基础,也为进一步研究心肌带功能结构打下坚实的基础。

Objective It is to analyze the distribution of myocardial band structure in common cardiac ultrasound section . Methods 15 adult pig hearts , 10 beef hearts , 10 sheep hearts , 20 male or female New Zealand white rabbit , 10 healthy male or female Wistar rats were selected .Depending on the animal species , the animals were divided into different types of group . After dissecting animals the hearts that were complete without fresh break were chosen as the study objects , Myocardial seg-ments with different lengths and myocardial band structure distribution were observed in different species .Results statistically significant between the groups representing myocardium with the overall length of each segment by contrast , no(P>0.05).In addition to the length of each segment myocardial band between RSL%and LSL%by contrast, no statistically significant(P>0.05), by contrast, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) between the length of the remaining percentage .By studying the visible ,with the beginning and end of the myocardium primarily by the aorta and pulmonary artery is connected to the apical and basal ring ring thus also forming .The lateral wall of the left ventricle and right ventricle are tightly wrapped a-round the base ring , respectively ,from the path along the bottom of the base ring around the apex of the rear and the top Raozhi by in the opposite direction , the direction of the formation of the winding up of both segments and descending sections thus my -ocardial band becomes “8 -shaped double spiral structure .” Conclusion:Myocardial with the basic structure of the different echocardiographic planes , the spatial distribution of myocardial fibers is the basis for the occurrence of cardiac function in chronic congestive heart failure when changing change , but also lay a solid foundation for further study of myocardial function with structure .
