目的:探讨趋化因子CCL3基因位点2021C/T和CCL4基因位点5725A/C的多态性与肺结核( TB)易感性的关系。方法选择78例TB患者(结核组)和97例体检健康者(对照组),应用聚合酶链反应—限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)对两组CCL3-2021C/T和CCL4-5725A/C多态性进行基因分型。结果结核组CCL3-2021C/T的CC、CT、TT基因型频率分别为2.5%、15.4%、82.1%,对照组分别为0、18.6%、81.4%,P均>0.05;结核组C等位基因频率为10.2%、T等位基因频率为89.8%,对照组分别为9.3%、90.7%,P均>0.05。结核组CCL4-5725A/C的AA、AC、CC基因型频率分别为7.7%、30.8%、61.5%,对照组分别为5.2%、27.8%、67.0%,P均>0.05;结核组A等位基因频率为23.1%、C等位基因频率为76.9%,对照组分别为19.1%、80.9%,P均>0.05。结论 CCL3-2021C/T和CCL4-5725A/C多态性与TB易感性不相关。

목적:탐토추화인자CCL3기인위점2021C/T화CCL4기인위점5725A/C적다태성여폐결핵( TB)역감성적관계。방법선택78례TB환자(결핵조)화97례체검건강자(대조조),응용취합매련반응—한제성편단장도다태성(PCR-RFLP)대량조CCL3-2021C/T화CCL4-5725A/C다태성진행기인분형。결과결핵조CCL3-2021C/T적CC、CT、TT기인형빈솔분별위2.5%、15.4%、82.1%,대조조분별위0、18.6%、81.4%,P균>0.05;결핵조C등위기인빈솔위10.2%、T등위기인빈솔위89.8%,대조조분별위9.3%、90.7%,P균>0.05。결핵조CCL4-5725A/C적AA、AC、CC기인형빈솔분별위7.7%、30.8%、61.5%,대조조분별위5.2%、27.8%、67.0%,P균>0.05;결핵조A등위기인빈솔위23.1%、C등위기인빈솔위76.9%,대조조분별위19.1%、80.9%,P균>0.05。결론 CCL3-2021C/T화CCL4-5725A/C다태성여TB역감성불상관。
Objective To explore the relationship of CCL3-2021C/T and CCL4-5725A/C gene polymorphisms with susceptibility to tuberculosis ( TB) .Methods 78 TB patients and 97 healthy controls were included in the study.CCL3-2021C/T and CCL4-5725A/C were genotyped by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) in two groups.Results CC, CT and TT genotype frequency of CCL3-2021C/T were 2.5%, 15.4%, 82.1% in TB group and 0, 18.6%, 81.4%in control group (all P>0.05).C allele frequency was 10.2%and T allele frequency was 89.8%in TB group;which were 9.3%and 90.7%in control group (all P>0.05).AA, AC and CC gen-otype frequency of CCL4-5725A/C were 7.7%, 30.8%, 61.5% in TB group and 5.2%, 27.8%, 67.0% in control group (all P>0.05).A allele frequency was 23.1%and C allele frequency was 76.9%in TB group, which were 19.1%and 80.9%in control group (all P>0.05).Conclusion Single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) of CCL3-2021C/T and CCL4-5725A/C maybe not related to the susceptibility of TB infection.
