目的：探讨改良B-Lynch缝扎术对于双胎剖宫产子宫收缩乏力性出血患者的止血有效性的探讨。方法选取2011年2月至2013年6月我院收治的双胎剖宫产子宫收缩乏力性出血的患者98例；随机分成对照组（49例）与实验组（49例），分别采取宫腔内填塞纱布术与改良B-Lynch缝扎术，记录两组患者的有效止血率，手术时间，出血量，术后并发症及住院时间进行对比。结果①实验组患者的有效止血率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；②实验组患者的手术时间、出血量及术后并发症明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；③住院时间两组患者间无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。结论双胎剖宫产术后子宫收缩乏力性出血患者实施B-Lynch缝扎术的改良术具有效果好、止血快及并发症少等优点。
목적：탐토개량B-Lynch봉찰술대우쌍태부궁산자궁수축핍력성출혈환자적지혈유효성적탐토。방법선취2011년2월지2013년6월아원수치적쌍태부궁산자궁수축핍력성출혈적환자98례；수궤분성대조조（49례）여실험조（49례），분별채취궁강내전새사포술여개량B-Lynch봉찰술，기록량조환자적유효지혈솔，수술시간，출혈량，술후병발증급주원시간진행대비。결과①실험조환자적유효지혈솔명현고우대조조（P＜0.05）；②실험조환자적수술시간、출혈량급술후병발증명현저우대조조（P＜0.05）；③주원시간량조환자간무통계학차이（P＞0.05）。결론쌍태부궁산술후자궁수축핍력성출혈환자실시B-Lynch봉찰술적개량술구유효과호、지혈쾌급병발증소등우점。
ObjectiveThe research of B-Lynch suture for postpartum hemorrhage in twin preganancies.Methods 98 cases Twins cesarean delivery patients with uterine atony cesareanfrom February 2011 to June 2013 in our hospital were selected.All the patients were randly divided into control group(49)and the experimental group(49).The two group were taken to gauze packing intrauterine surgery and modified B-lynch srture technique.Then the Effective hemostasis rate, operative time, blood loss,postoperative complications, hospitalization between the two group patients were compared.Results Effective hemostasis rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). Operative time ,blood loss and postoperative complications of the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). Hospitalization of the two group were no significant differece(P>0.05). Conclusion Modified B-lynch srture technique to the patients with cesarean uterine atony bleeding has a good effect,faster anf less bleeding complications.
