Molecular imprinting technology is becoming increasingly recognized as a powerful technology of preparing synthetic polymers that contain tailor made recognition sides for certain molecules. Many approaches have been used for preparing different molecular imprinted polymer, such as precipitation polymerization, surface Imprinting, swel ing polymerization and suspension polymerization. Molecular Imprinting Technology has an extensive application in pesticide residues, veterinary drug residues of testing progress, analysis technology of il egal additives in food and the separation and purification of functional components from food.
