目的研究放射介入结合中药治疗输卵管妊娠的可行性及其效果.方法随机将60例符合保守治疗条件的未破裂型输卵管妊娠患者分为2组,观察组30例,进行输卵管介入孕囊内注射(50～100 mg甲氨蝶呤+10 ml生理盐水+76％泛影葡胺5ml)+中药治疗,对照组30例,行输卵管介入孕囊内注射治疗(药物及剂量与观察组相同).对两组疗效进行比较.结果观察组和对照组治愈率分别为93％、90％,两组差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).治疗2周后,观察组血β-HCG水平下降及孕囊缩小较对照组更明显.此外,观察组疗程时间亦短于对照组.结论放射介入结合中药治疗未破裂型输卵管妊娠疗效显著,值得推广.

Objective To study the feasibility and efficiency of radioactive interventional therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in treatment of tubal pregnancy.Methods 60 patients with tubal pregnancy fitted for conservative treatment were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was treated with intra-gestational SAC injection combined with TCM.The control group was treated with intra-gestational SAC injection.Effects of treatment in two groups were observed.Results The cure rate in the two groups had no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).After two weeks of treatment,the decrease of the level of β-HCG in blood and the decrease of the size of focus was more significant in the observation group.And the course of treatment was shorter.Conclusion The efficiency of radioactive interventional therapy combined with TCM in treatment of tubal pregnancy is significant.
