目的：探讨糖类抗原125（CA125）和人附睾蛋白4（HE4）在卵巢癌组织及其血清中的表达及临床诊断价值。方法选取该院2011年1月至2012年7月收治的48例卵巢良性病变患者（A组），45例卵巢癌患者（B组），另选取同期50例健康体检者为对照组（C组），取患者清晨空腹肘静脉血液，采用电化学发光法检测血清CA125水平，采取ELISA法检测血清 HE4水平，比较3组CA125和 HE4水平差异并进行统计学分析。结果 B组 CA125和 HE4水平均显著高于 A组和 C组（P＜0．05）；A组CA125和 HE4水平高于C组，但差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）；CA125和 HE4联合诊断敏感性和特异性分别为95．56％和97．78％，均显著高于CA125和 HE4单独诊断（P＜0．05）。结论采用 CA125和 HE4联合诊断有助于卵巢癌的早期诊断和病情监测，具有较好的临床应用价值。

목적：탐토당류항원125（CA125）화인부고단백4（HE4）재란소암조직급기혈청중적표체급림상진단개치。방법선취해원2011년1월지2012년7월수치적48례란소량성병변환자（A조），45례란소암환자（B조），령선취동기50례건강체검자위대조조（C조），취환자청신공복주정맥혈액，채용전화학발광법검측혈청CA125수평，채취ELISA법검측혈청 HE4수평，비교3조CA125화 HE4수평차이병진행통계학분석。결과 B조 CA125화 HE4수평균현저고우 A조화 C조（P＜0．05）；A조CA125화 HE4수평고우C조，단차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05）；CA125화 HE4연합진단민감성화특이성분별위95．56％화97．78％，균현저고우CA125화 HE4단독진단（P＜0．05）。결론채용 CA125화 HE4연합진단유조우란소암적조기진단화병정감측，구유교호적림상응용개치。
Objective To investigate the carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and human epididymis protein 4(HE4)in ovarian cancer tissue and serum expression and its clinical diagnosis value.Methods 48 cases of benign ovarian lesions in our hospital from January 2011 to July 2012 were collected as group A,45 cases of ovarian cancer patients were collected as group B,and the other 50 cases over the same period were selected as the healthy control group(group C),the elbow vein blood on the empty stomach were taken,and detected by electrochemical luminescence for serum CA125 level,and the serum HE4 were analyzed by ELISA method. The CA125 and HE4 in three groups were compared by statistical methods.Results The CA125 and HE4 in group B were signifi-cantly higher than that of the group A and group C(P<0.05);A group of CA125 and HE4 levels were higher than group C,and the difference has no statistically significant(P>0.05);sensitivity and specificity of CA125 and HE4 diagnostic were 95.56% and 97.78%,which were significantly higher than that of CA125 and HE4 alone diagnostics(P<0.05).Conclusion CA125 and HE4 in diagnosis of ovarian cancer can significantly improve the sensitivity and specificity of diagnostic and help the early diagnosis of ovar-ian cancer and disease surveillance,which has good clinical value.
