目的:探讨以问题为基础的学习法(Problem based learning,PBL)在内分泌科临床教学中的应用及其效果。方法:采用考核和问卷调查方式对PBL教学效果进行评估。结果:与传统教学法相比较,PBL教学组学生在病例分析,基础理论考试方面取得较高的分数,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在实践操作方面,两组学生成绩比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。PBL教学组95%的学生对以问题为基础的学习方法持肯定态度。结论:在内分泌内科临床教学中实施PBL教学法能提高学生病例分析能力,调动学生的主观能动性、提高临床实践效果。

Objective:To explore the role of problem-base learning(PBL) mode in endocrinology teaching.Method:Examination and questionnaire survey were performed to evaluate the role of PBI mode.Result:As for the cases analysis ability,scores in PBL groups were higher than those of traditional groups,in theoretical test,scores showed significant differences between PBL groups and traditional groups(P<0.05).Meanwhile,there was no difference between the two groups in scores of clinical practice skills(P>0.05).95%students of the PBL groups had affirmative attitude to the problem-base learning.Conclusion:PBL mode can improve students’case analysis ability and enhance the effect of clinical-practice.
