目的：总结全髋关节置换的手术技巧。方法：2006年3月-2011年6月，236例全髋关节置换，总结其手术技巧及手术疗效。结果：本组236例全髋关节置换患者均获得随访12~28个月，平均17.5个月；术后第6个月髋关节功能Harris评分：优129例，良101例，中6例，差0例，优良率97.46%。结论：掌握全髋关节置换的手术技巧是手术成功的关键。
목적：총결전관관절치환적수술기교。방법：2006년3월-2011년6월，236례전관관절치환，총결기수술기교급수술료효。결과：본조236례전관관절치환환자균획득수방12~28개월，평균17.5개월；술후제6개월관관절공능Harris평분：우129례，량101례，중6례，차0례，우량솔97.46%。결론：장악전관관절치환적수술기교시수술성공적관건。
Objective:To summarize the comprehend of operation technique of whole hip replacement.Method:236 patients of hip replacement were treated from March 2006 to June 2011,summarized the operation technique and curative effect.Result:All patients were followed average 17.5 months(12-28 months).Hip functional recovery in sixth month:129 patients were well,101 patients were good,6 patients were acceptable,0 patient was no good,the good and acceptable rate was 97.46%.Conclusion:It is the key point of hip replacement to succeed that operation technique of whole hip replacement.
