目的:研究高频超声对于老年糖尿病患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的诊断价值。方法:将笔者所在医院收治的94例老年糖尿病患者作为观察对象,待患者病情稳定后,分别采用高频超声与X光对患者的颈部动脉外直径、内直径、内中膜厚度和斑块情况进行诊断,统计诊断数据,评价不同诊断方法的诊断准确性和可行性。结果:X光检查的检出率为77.66%(73/94),明显低于高频超声的92.55%(87/94),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各处颈动脉内膜中层厚度治疗后均较治疗前明显减少,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高频超声诊断老年糖尿病颈动脉粥样硬化斑块相较于其他方法诊断的敏感度大大提高,同时也减少患者所受辐射,有利于提高预后质量,值得推广借鉴。

Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value analysis of high-frequency ultrasound in the treatment of carotid atherosclerotic plaques in elderly patients with diabetes. Method:94 patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaques in elderly patients with diabetes were included in this study. Based on the sequence of enrollment,they were receiving high-frequency ultrasound and receiving X rays besides the same basic operative treatment in the two groups. The liver function parameters were observed and compared statistically. Result:X-ray detection rate was 77.66%(73/94),and it was significantly lower than the high-frequency ultrasound which was 92.55%(87/94),the difference was of statistically significant(P<0.05). All carotid intima-media thickness after treatment was significantly lower than before treatment,the difference was of statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:High-frequency ultrasound has good diagnostic value in the treatment of carotid atherosclerotic plaques in elderly patients with diabetes.
