目的:探讨血清HCY水平在冠心病不稳定性心绞痛(UAP)的变化及诊断价值。方法收集本院UAP患者44例、急性心梗(AMI)患者53例及同期健康人群50例为对照组,分别于入院后抽取静脉血2 mL,检测血清HCY水平,应用ROC曲线探讨血清HCY水平在UAP患者中的诊断价值。结果 UAP组HCY[(16.33±2.06)μmol/L]水平明显高于健康对照组HCY[(10.43±2.32)μmol/L]水平,低于AMI组(18.52±3.29)μmol/L水平,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HCY的诊断价值为12.26μmol/L时,对UAP诊断的敏感度为72.1%,特异性为76.0%。结论血清HCY的检测对UAP早期诊断具有较好的灵敏性和特异性,能为UAP患者提供早期风险预测,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the changes of the level of serum HCY in patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP). Methods A total of 44 UAP patients were selected in our hospital, 53 patients with AMI and 50 healthy people were selected as control group. 2 mL vein blood was collected and the serum level of HCY was measured. Diagnostic accuracies of HCY was evaluated by receiver operating characteristic (ROC)curve analysis. Results The level of HCY [(16.33±2.06)μmol/L] in UAP group was higher than HCY [(10.43±2.32)μmol/L] in the healthy control group, lower than AMI group [(18.52±3.29)μmol/L], and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Using a cut-off value of 12.26 μmol/L,HCY had the sensitivity of 72.1%,specificity of 76.0%. Conclusion The sensitivity and specificity of HCY on the early diagnosis of UAP was well, which could be a useful predictor for UAP and is worthy of clinical appli-cation.
