目的:评价雾化吸入与静脉滴注喜炎平注射液治疗儿童呼吸道感染疾病的疗效与安全性。方法计算机检索Medline、Embase、Cochrane 图书馆临床对照试验资料库、CNKI、维普及万方数据库,纳入喜炎平注射液雾化吸入与静脉滴注治疗儿童感染性疾病的文献报道,并进行方法学质量评价和采用RevMan 5.0软件进行Meta分析。结果6项研究经Meta分析合并后结果显示,喜炎平注射液雾化给药组痊愈率与有效率均优于静脉滴注给药组,OR(95%CI)分别为2.28(1.48,3.53)与4.76(2.77,8.19);在咽痛减轻时间、发热消退时间、咳嗽减轻时间方面比较差异均无统计学意义。结论现有的临床证据表明,雾化吸入喜炎平注射液治疗儿童呼吸道感染疗效优于静脉给药组,但由于本系统评价纳入研究证据强度不高,且样本量小,故上述结论尚需更多高质量RCT进一步验证。

Objective It is to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of aerosol inhalation and intravenous drip of Xiyanping injection for treatment of pediatric respiratory disease in children .Methods The randomized controlled trials of aerosol inhala-tion and intravenous drip of Xiyanping injection for treatment of pediatric respiratory disease in children were gathered from PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane database of Systematic Reviews , CNKI, VIP and Wanfang database .The assessment of method quality and Meta analysis were performed according to Cochrane Collaboration ’ s software RevMan 5.0.Results Six studies were included and the results showed that the clinical cure rates and clinical effective rates in the treatment with Xiyan -ping injection by aerosol inhalation were both better than that by intravenous drip ;OR (95%CI) were 2.28(1.48 to 3.53) and 4.76 (2.77 to 8.19) respectively.The sore throat relief time, fever clearance time, and cough relief time were no statis-tically different between the two groups .Conclusion According to the current evidence , aerosol inhalation of Xiyanping is more effective in the treatment of children with pediatric respiratory disease than versus intravenous drip of the injection .How-ever, because of the trials selected in this systematic review with lower evidence level and less sample size , more high quality clinical trials are need for further study .
