目的：研究胚胎停育患者血清血管内皮生长因子（ VEGF）、促红细胞生成素（EPO）水平变化以及八珍汤对其影响，揭示胚胎停育的发病机制并为临床治疗提供思路。方法选取胚胎停育患者48例作为治疗组，同时选取正常早孕者48例作为对照组，测定对照组及治疗组治疗前以及八珍汤治疗后再次怀孕达相同孕周的VEGF、EPO水平。结果治疗组治疗前血清VEGF、EPO水平明显低于对照组（P＝0．00，P＝0．00），八珍汤治疗后血清VEGF、EPO水平明显升高（P＝0．00，P＝0．00），但仍低于对照组（P＝0．01，P＝0．00）。结论胚胎停育患者VEGF、EPO水平明显低于正常早孕妇女，对胚胎停育诊断具有标志性意义。传统方剂八珍汤能显著提高胚胎停育患者血清VEGF、EPO水平，对胚胎停育具有一定的治疗作用。
목적：연구배태정육환자혈청혈관내피생장인자（ VEGF）、촉홍세포생성소（EPO）수평변화이급팔진탕대기영향，게시배태정육적발병궤제병위림상치료제공사로。방법선취배태정육환자48례작위치료조，동시선취정상조잉자48례작위대조조，측정대조조급치료조치료전이급팔진탕치료후재차부잉체상동잉주적VEGF、EPO수평。결과치료조치료전혈청VEGF、EPO수평명현저우대조조（P＝0．00，P＝0．00），팔진탕치료후혈청VEGF、EPO수평명현승고（P＝0．00，P＝0．00），단잉저우대조조（P＝0．01，P＝0．00）。결론배태정육환자VEGF、EPO수평명현저우정상조잉부녀，대배태정육진단구유표지성의의。전통방제팔진탕능현저제고배태정육환자혈청VEGF、EPO수평，대배태정육구유일정적치료작용。
Objective It is to investigate the expression of VEGF and EPO in blood serum of patients with early embryo growth arrest and the influence of eight treasures decoction on them so as to evaluate the mechanism of embryo growth arrest and provide thingking for clinical treatment .Methods 48 cases of patients with embryo growth arrest were selected as treatment group, and 48 cases of women with early normal pregnancy were selected as control group at the same time .The levels of VEGF and EPO were determined in control group and in treatment group before treatment and after treatment with eight treas -ures decoction at the same pregnancy weeks after repregnancy .Results The serum levels of VEGF and EPO in treatment group before therapy were significantly lower than that of control group (P=0.00, P=0.00), and after treatment with eight treas-ures decoction the levels increased much (P=0.00, P=0.00), but they still lower than that in the control group (P=0.01, P=0.00).Conclusion The levels of VEGF and EPO in the patients with early embryo growth arrest were obviously lower than that of the early normal pregnancy women , which has symbolic significance for the diagnosis of embryo growth arrest .Tradi-tional medicine eight treasures decoction can significantly promote the levels of VEGF and EPO in the patients with early em -bryo growth arrest and may provide an important therapeutic effect for early embryo growth arrest .
