职业能力培养的教育思想发源自上个世纪后期的德国,与过去的基于操作技能有所不同,它强调职业能力和岗位素养的培养。职业能力教育有自己完整的教学理论和方法,例如以任务驱动为导向的课程结构体系等,利用这些理论可以实现对高职计算机基础课程体系的重构。该文在现有课程基础上,以职业能力为目标进行教学设计,改革教课程学模式和方法,重构并优化现有高职院校计算机基础教学体系。在高职计算机基础教学过程中通过对学生关键能力的培养,增强其处理问题的能力和创新能力,从而提升学生的可持续发展的能力。希望通过本文的研究能为当前高职计算机基础教育中职业化能力的培养提供一些有意探索和思路。

Education idea of vocational ability developing originated in twentieth Century 90s in Germany. It emphasized the vo-cational ability and post prowess training, which was different from that based on the operation skills in the past. Education of vo-cational ability has the complete teaching theories and methods, such as curriculum structure system which was task-driven ori-ented. These theories can be used to realize the reconstruction of the system of computer foundational course in Vocational Col-lege. Based on the existing curriculum, around design of vocational ability teaching target, reform of teaching mode and teaching method, system of polytechnic computer foundational teaching in China is optimized in this paper. Through training of the key ability in the teaching process of computer foundational education, ability of students to deal with complex problems and innova-tion is improved;ability of students to continue learning is enhanced too. We hope that this paper can offer some beneficial explo-rations and ideas for vocational ability promotion of current polytechnic education in computer foundational teaching.
