This paper analyzes the advantages of WebGIS technology based on Flex. On this basis, the design and implementation of business WebGIS system based on Flex technology, system with rest service publishing mode, established in geo spatial data model. The results of the study show that, which provides a new solution for virtual trading community WebGIS.
