目的：观察腰腿痛宁胶囊治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：本研究根据诊断标准及排除标准选择60例腰椎间盘突出症患者，按照随机对照的原则分为治疗组与对照组，每组各30例。治疗组口服腰腿痛宁胶囊，对照组口服腰痛宁胶囊，4周为1个疗程，观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状的改变，并做统计学分析，以评价两组药物的临床疗效。结果：在两组总有效率相同情况下，治疗组VAS评分由治疗前(6.5±1.3)分降低至(1.3±0.6)分。治疗组疼痛控制时间(2.3±1.1)d小于对照组(4.6±1.6)d；治疗组疼痛消失时间(32.5±12.3)d小于对照组(52.6±14.7)d，治疗前后差异有统计学意义。结论：腰腿痛宁胶囊对于改善腰椎间盘突出症导致的腰腿痛症状以及对疼痛控制时间都优于对照组。

목적：관찰요퇴통저효낭치료요추간반돌출증적림상료효。방법：본연구근거진단표준급배제표준선택60례요추간반돌출증환자，안조수궤대조적원칙분위치료조여대조조，매조각30례。치료조구복요퇴통저효낭，대조조구복요통저효낭，4주위1개료정，관찰량조환자치료전후림상증상적개변，병주통계학분석，이평개량조약물적림상료효。결과：재량조총유효솔상동정황하，치료조VAS평분유치료전(6.5±1.3)분강저지(1.3±0.6)분。치료조동통공제시간(2.3±1.1)d소우대조조(4.6±1.6)d；치료조동통소실시간(32.5±12.3)d소우대조조(52.6±14.7)d，치료전후차이유통계학의의。결론：요퇴통저효낭대우개선요추간반돌출증도치적요퇴통증상이급대동통공제시간도우우대조조。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Yaotuitongning capsule in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.Methods:60 cases of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion were chosen according to the diagnostic criteria and exclusion criteria in this study and were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the randomized principle,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group took Yaotuitongning capsule orally,the control group took Yaotongning capsule orally,4 weeks as a course,observing the clinical symptoms changes of the two groups before and after treatment and doing statistical analysis to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two drugs.Results:In the circumstances of the same total effective rate of the two groups,VAS score of the treatment group was reduced from(6.5±1.3) to (1.3±0.6) after the treatment. The pain control time of the treatment group (2.3±1.1)d was less than the control group (4.6±1.6)d;the pain disappear time of the treatment group (32.5±12.3)d was less than the control group (52.6±14.7)d,the difference was statistically significant between before and after the treatment.Conclusion:Lumbocrural pain symptoms because of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion improved and the pain tcontrol time by Yaotuitongning capsule were superior to the control group.
