Racecadotril granules%Rotavirus%Diarrhea%Infants%Medilac-Vita
目的：观察枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒联合消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒腹泻的临床疗效。方法：将116例轮状病毒感染性腹泻患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组，各58例。对照组在常规补液的基础上服用消旋卡多曲颗粒，4～9个月10 mg/次，10～24个月20 mg/次，3次/d，连用3～5 d。治疗组在对照组的基础上加用枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒，＜1岁，0.5 g/次，＞1岁，1 g/次，3次/d，饭前用温开水冲服，总疗程≤7 d。观察治疗后排便次数、性状和临床症状的变化及不良反应。结果：治疗组总有效率(96.55%)高于对照组(86.21%)。经统计学处理，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒联合消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性腹泻能较快减少腹泻次数，改善大便性状，用药后无明显不良反应发生。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Medilac-Vita? combined with racecadotril granules in the treatment of rotavirus viral diarrhea in infants.Methods:116 infants with infectious diarrhea rotavirus were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 58 cases in each.On the basis of the conventional rehydration,the control group were given racecadotril granules,4 to 9 months 10mg one time,10 to 24 months 20 mg one times,3 times one day,for 3 to 5 days.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group were given Medilac-Vita?,methods:less than 1 year old,0.5 g one time,more than 1 year old,1 g one time,3 times one days,before a blunt with the warm boiling water.The total course was not more than 7 days.The frequency and characters of defecation,the chang of clinical symptoms and the adverse reactions were observed after treatment. Results:The total effective rate(96.55%) of the treatment group was higher than 86.21% of the control group.The difference was statistically significant by statistically(P<0.05).Conclusion: Medilac-Vita?combined with racecadotril granules in the treatment of rotavirus viral diarrhea in infants can quickly reduce the frequency of diarrhea and improve the stool property,and it has no obvious adverse reaction after treatment.
