目的：研究社区精神疾病患者的管理模式。方法：随机抽取重性精神疾病患者100例，分为干预组和对照组各50例。对照组进行常规管理。对干预组成员进行健康教育，精神卫生知识培训，社会功能训练等社区康复管理模式，定期随访2年。用精神卫生知识知晓率调查表和社会功能缺陷评定量表(SDSS)进行疗效评定。结果：两组在精神卫生知识知晓率方面在干预前差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，在干预后两组精神卫生知识知晓率差异存在统计学意义(P＜0.05)。在SDSS评分时，干预组前后社会功能缺陷评分比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，且在社会行为退缩、家外社会活动、家内活动减少、家庭职能、个人生活自理、外界兴趣及责任计划方面有明显的好转，具有显著性差别。结论：重性精神疾病患者通过社区管理模式进行系统的管理，是可行和可持续的，社会功能显著提高。

목적：연구사구정신질병환자적관리모식。방법：수궤추취중성정신질병환자100례，분위간예조화대조조각50례。대조조진행상규관리。대간예조성원진행건강교육，정신위생지식배훈，사회공능훈련등사구강복관리모식，정기수방2년。용정신위생지식지효솔조사표화사회공능결함평정량표(SDSS)진행료효평정。결과：량조재정신위생지식지효솔방면재간예전차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)，재간예후량조정신위생지식지효솔차이존재통계학의의(P＜0.05)。재SDSS평분시，간예조전후사회공능결함평분비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)，차재사회행위퇴축、가외사회활동、가내활동감소、가정직능、개인생활자리、외계흥취급책임계화방면유명현적호전，구유현저성차별。결론：중성정신질병환자통과사구관리모식진행계통적관리，시가행화가지속적，사회공능현저제고。
Objective:To study the management mode of mental illness patients in community.Methods:100 patients with severe mental illness were randomly selected.They were divided into the intervention group and the control group with 50 cases in each. The members in the control group were given routine management.The members in the intervention group were given the community rehabilitation management mode,such as health education,mental health knowledge training,social function training and so on, regular follow-up for 2 years.The curative effect was evaluated by the mental health knowledge awareness rate questionnaire and social function defect rating scale(SDSS).Results:Before the intervention,two groups had no difference in the mental health knowledge awareness rate(P>0.05).After the intervention,two groups had difference in the mental health knowledge awareness rate(P<0.05).When (SDSS)grade,the social function defect score were compared before and after the intervention,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).And the social behavior withdrawal,social activities outside the home,decreased activity in the home,family functions,personal life on their own,interest in the outside world and responsibility for planning had significant improvement,and there were significant difference.Conclusion:The system management of patients with severe mental illness through the community management mode is feasible and sustainable,and social function has improved significantly.
