目的：探讨干预性治疗方法治疗难治性产后出血的临床疗效。方法：2011年1月-2014年3月收治难治性产后出血患者30例，采用干预性治疗方法进行治疗，分析治疗效果。结果：采用宫腔填塞纱布治疗6例，盆腔动脉结扎2例，子宫切除术11例，子宫切除联合塞纱2例，子宫背带式缝合9例，治疗均成功。结论：宫腔填塞纱布、盆腔动脉结扎、子宫切除术、子宫背带式缝合术是治疗难治性产后出血的重要方法。
目的：探討榦預性治療方法治療難治性產後齣血的臨床療效。方法：2011年1月-2014年3月收治難治性產後齣血患者30例，採用榦預性治療方法進行治療，分析治療效果。結果：採用宮腔填塞紗佈治療6例，盆腔動脈結扎2例，子宮切除術11例，子宮切除聯閤塞紗2例，子宮揹帶式縫閤9例，治療均成功。結論：宮腔填塞紗佈、盆腔動脈結扎、子宮切除術、子宮揹帶式縫閤術是治療難治性產後齣血的重要方法。
목적：탐토간예성치료방법치료난치성산후출혈적림상료효。방법：2011년1월-2014년3월수치난치성산후출혈환자30례，채용간예성치료방법진행치료，분석치료효과。결과：채용궁강전새사포치료6례，분강동맥결찰2례，자궁절제술11례，자궁절제연합새사2례，자궁배대식봉합9례，치료균성공。결론：궁강전새사포、분강동맥결찰、자궁절제술、자궁배대식봉합술시치료난치성산후출혈적중요방법。
Objective:To investigate the effects of interventional therapy in the treatment of intractable postpartum hemorrhage. Methods:30 cases of intractable postpartum hemorrhage from January 2011 to March 2014 were treated with interventional therapy and the effects were analyzed.Results:All therapy inclding intrauterine packing with gauze(6 cases),pelvic artery ligation(2 cases),hysterectomy(11 cases),hysterectomy combined with intrauterine packing with gauze(2 cases) and uterine parceled suture(9 cases) were successful.Conclusion:The therapy inclding intrauterine packing with gauzepelvic artery ligation,hysterectomy, hysterectomy combined with intrauterine packing with gauze and uterine parceled suture are important methods in the treatment of intractable postpartum hemorrhage.
