目的：对精神心理因素在肠易激综合征(IBS)中的作用进行分析和探讨。方法：选取80例IBS患者(观察组)和80例健康志愿者(对照组)，对80例 IBS 患者使用90项症状自评量表进行评估。结果：IBS 组躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑等因子得分均大于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，其他各因子得分差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：焦虑和抑郁是IBS患者最常见的心理障碍，因此要加以重视和检测。
목적：대정신심리인소재장역격종합정(IBS)중적작용진행분석화탐토。방법：선취80례IBS환자(관찰조)화80례건강지원자(대조조)，대80례 IBS 환자사용90항증상자평량표진행평고。결과：IBS 조구체화、인제관계、억욱、초필등인자득분균대우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)，기타각인자득분차이균무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。결론：초필화억욱시IBS환자최상견적심리장애，인차요가이중시화검측。
Objective:To analyze and explore the effect of posychological factor on irritable bowel syndrome.Methods:80 IBS patients(the observation group) and 80 healthy volunteers(the control group) were selected.80 IBS patients were assessed by using symptom checklist 90.Results:The somatization,interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety and other factor scores of IBS group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The other factor scores were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Anxiety and depression are the most common mental disorders in IBS patients, therefore,it must be paid attention and detection.
