目的：探讨布地奈德联合阿奇霉素治疗支气管哮喘的疗效。方法：2012年2月-2013年11月收治支气管哮喘急性发作患者68例，随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予布地奈德联合阿奇霉素治疗，对照组给予布地奈德治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果：治疗后治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗组FEV1、PEF的改善优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。与治疗前比较，两组患者血清IL-6、IL-8、IL-17及TNF-α均降低，但治疗组改善较显著，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：布地奈德联合阿奇霉素治疗支气管哮喘的效果显著，值得临床推广应用。

목적：탐토포지내덕연합아기매소치료지기관효천적료효。방법：2012년2월-2013년11월수치지기관효천급성발작환자68례，수궤분위치료조화대조조。치료조급여포지내덕연합아기매소치료，대조조급여포지내덕치료，비교량조치료효과。결과：치료후치료조총유효솔명현고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。치료조FEV1、PEF적개선우우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。여치료전비교，량조환자혈청IL-6、IL-8、IL-17급TNF-α균강저，단치료조개선교현저，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：포지내덕연합아기매소치료지기관효천적효과현저，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To discuss the curative effects of budesonide combined with azithromycin in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods:68 patients with acute bronchial asthma from February 2012 to November 2013 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group were treated with budesonide combined azithromycin,and the control group were treated with budesonide.Compare the curative effect of the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Improved FEV1 and PEF of the treatment group were better than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the serum levels of IL-6,IL-8,IL-17 and TNF-a of the two groups were lower,but the treatment group improved more significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The curative effects of budesonide combined with azithromycin in the treatment of bronchial asthma is significant, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
