目的：分析和探讨临床上对于急性牙髓炎患者采用一次性根管治疗术的临床疗效。方法：2011年7月-2014年4月收治急性牙髓炎患者212例，回顾性分析其临床资料，所有患者随机分成两组，对照组100例患者采用临床上常规的多次根管进行治疗，观察组112例患者采用一次性根管进行治疗，比较两组的临床疗效。结果：观察组的临床治疗总有效率94.64%(106/112)，对照组的临床治疗总有效率83.00%(83/100)，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：临床上对于急性牙髓炎患者采用一次性根管治疗术的临床疗效显著，能有效改善患者的治疗效果，提高生活质量，因此值得临床推广使用。
목적：분석화탐토림상상대우급성아수염환자채용일차성근관치료술적림상료효。방법：2011년7월-2014년4월수치급성아수염환자212례，회고성분석기림상자료，소유환자수궤분성량조，대조조100례환자채용림상상상규적다차근관진행치료，관찰조112례환자채용일차성근관진행치료，비교량조적림상료효。결과：관찰조적림상치료총유효솔94.64%(106/112)，대조조적림상치료총유효솔83.00%(83/100)，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：림상상대우급성아수염환자채용일차성근관치료술적림상료효현저，능유효개선환자적치료효과，제고생활질량，인차치득림상추엄사용。
Objective:To analyze and explore the clinical curative effect of immediate root canal filling on acute pulpitis.Methods:212 patients with acute pulpitis were selected from July 2011 to April 2014.Their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were randomly divided into two groups.100 patients in the control group were treated with clinical conventional multiple root canal treatment.112 patients in the observation group were treated with immediate root canal filling.The clinical effects of two groups were compared.Results:The clinical treatment total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 94.64%(106/112);the clinical treatment total effective rate of patients in the control group was 83.00% (83/100);the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical,using immediate root canal filling in the treatment of acute pulpitis has significant clinical effect.It can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients and improve the quality of life,so it is worthy of clinical use.
