为了解去氢表雄酮的生理活性及其微生物转化,为新型高效低毒的甾体化合物的研发奠定基础,本文综述了PUBMED 数据库1991-2013年去氢表雄酮的生理活性及其微生物转化的研究进展。得出结论:去氢表雄酮在抗肿瘤、保护中枢神经系统、调节等方面均有独特的生理活性;而且可利用微生物转化法制备出一系列新型、高效的甾体化合物,为新药的开发提供了良好的理论和应用基础。

In this paper,to understand the physiological activity and microbial transformation of dehydroepiandrosterone,and to lay the foundation for the research and development of new type,high-efficiency and harmfulless steroidal compounds,the research progresses of physiological activity and microbial transformation of dehydroepiandrosterone from 1991 to 2013 in PUBMED database were summarized. Conclusion:Dehydroepiandrosterone had unique physiological activity on the antineoplastic, protection of the central nervous system,regulation and other aspectes.And we could product a series of new type and high-efficiency steroidal compounds by using microbial transformation process.It provided a good theoretical and applied foundation for the development of new drugs.
